MIC Injections
By purchasing and using MIC (Methionine, Inositol, and Choline) injections from NuHuman, you (“the Client”) acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Assumption of Risk
You fully understand and accept that the use of MIC injections carries inherent risks. NuHuman is not responsible for any side effects, adverse reactions, or complications resulting from the use of these injections.
2. Administration by NuHuman
Upon request by the client a NuHuman employee can administer the MIC injection at the facility. NuHuman assumes no liability for any issues arising from improper administration or third-party services. NuHuman disclaims all responsibility for any injuries, complications, or negative outcomes that arise from administration at a NuHuman facility by a NuHuman employee.
3. Self-Administration
Should you choose to self-administer MIC injections, you do so at your own risk. NuHuman disclaims all responsibility for any injuries, complications, or negative outcomes that arise from self-administration.
4. Consultation with Healthcare Providers
MIC injections are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are strongly advised to consult with your healthcare provider to ensure that MIC injections are suitable for your medical condition and that they are administered correctly by a qualified professional.
5. Indemnification
By purchasing MIC injections, you agree to indemnify and hold NuHuman, its directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use or misuse of the injections, whether self-administered, by a NuHuman employee or administered by a third party.
6. Compliance with South African Law
In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA), NuHuman provides clear and understandable information regarding the use of MIC injections. By agreeing to this disclaimer, you confirm that you have received sufficient information about the risks and safe use of the product, and acknowledge that NuHuman has not provided any misleading representations or guarantees.
In accordance with the Medicines and Related Substances Control Act, NuHuman ensures that MIC injections are sold with the necessary legal approvals. However, clients must ensure they use the product as prescribed by a licensed healthcare provider.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, NuHuman disclaims liability for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, whether arising from the use of MIC injections or from the services of third-party healthcare providers. This includes any loss resulting from self-administration or third-party administration of the injections.
8. Voluntary Consent
By purchasing and using MIC injections, you confirm that you have voluntarily consented to this treatment. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to understand the nature, risks, and correct administration of the injections, which must be overseen by a licensed healthcare professional.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This disclaimer and any disputes arising from the use of MIC injections are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any legal matters will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
